BPM to BMP Dictionary Mobile App Development
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking to develop a Dictionary app for phone users (both Android and iPhone) based on our existing website!
Here’s what we envision:
1. **Output Language**: The app will support both BPM (Bengali Unicode (UTF-8)) and English. BPM is an Indic Language that uses Bengali Unicode.
2. **Database**: We plan to use MySQL, but feel free to convert it into any data format that suits the project best.
3. **Search Functionality**: Users will be able to search in Bengali as well as romanized Bengali, with suggestions for up to 10 words.
4. **Search Results**: Each result will display the Word, Meaning, Part of Speech (POS), Origin, Synonym, IPA, Romanized version, reference, and Pronunciation (currently voice files are in .WAV format).
5. **User Interaction**: We’ll include a "Suggest a correction" button for every record. This feature will require users to sign in so only logged-in users can suggest corrections.
6. **Further Details**: After a successful bid, I’ll provide you with more details including the website URL and all necessary data.
7. **Final Deliverables**: Upon project completion, we would need the executed files along with the source code.
