To do that, I need an overseas partner—ideally a small or mid-sized company of 10-50 people based in Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, or the Philippines, but not a China-based “going-global” agency.
Your core mandate will be twofold: first, run Mandarin-to-Vietnamese AI voice-over workflows that sound natural and are fully synced to the existing vertical video format; second, operate and grow the dedicated YouTube channel so each episode reaches viewers fast and performs well. If your team can also drive lead generation around the channel—attracting subscribers, sponsors, or brand collaborations—that will be a strong plus.

• For every batch of short episodes I supply, you deliver Vietnamese AI dubs, reintegrate the audio, package final 9:16 videos, and upload them with optimized titles, tags, thumbnails, and Shorts-friendly descriptions.
• You oversee scheduling, analytics, and community engagement, adjusting content strategy to lift watch time and subscriber growth.
• Each month I receive a concise performance report plus any data-backed suggestions for improvement or additional monetisation avenues.
