Need someone to recomment AI Program/Tool or Web App that can translate Portuguese videos to English voice-over, and keep lip-sync close enough. Doesn't matter if it includes a watermark so long as it does not have video-length time limitations less than 15min as most of the videos I want to translate are approx 15min long
