Two brochure mock-ups are ready—one aimed at apartment and property managers, the other at senior assisted-living communities. The copy is written and the basic layout is sketched; what’s missing is the professional finish that makes each piece feel innovative, modern, and persuasive.
You’ll receive the draft files and brand assets. From there, refine the typography, choose engaging imagery or icons, balance the colour palette, and produce clean, print-ready artwork that also looks great on screen. Fluency in English is essential so the message stays clear and marketing-savvy throughout.
The total budget for both brochures is firmly set at $25; if that figure doesn’t suit your fee structure, please do not submit. Deliver outstanding work and I’ll gladly return with future projects.
Acceptance criteria:
• Two polished brochures supplied as high-resolution PDFs plus editable source files (InDesign, Illustrator, or comparable).
• Design reflects an innovative, modern tone while remaining readable for our professional audience.
• All provided copy, logos, and contact details are placed accurately, proofed, and print-ready.
