A client-facing business document is finalised in PDF, but before distribution it must be polished for absolute clarity and accuracy. The piece is meant purely to inform, so every sentence has to read crisply, without distracting errors or inconsistencies in tone, style, or formatting.
Please proofread the entire PDF and make light editorial corrections where wording can be tightened or flow improved—grammar, punctuation, spelling, parallel structure, numbering, headings, and any layout glitches that affect readability. Track or annotate every change directly on the PDF (Adobe Acrobat comments or a comparable tool) so I can review each edit quickly. When finished, return:
• The marked-up PDF showing all suggested changes
• A clean, final PDF ready for circulation
