Translate Student Handbook to Portuguese

I have a 39,010-word student handbook that needs to be rendered into Brazilian Portuguese and returned to me no later than 17 December. The translation must mirror the source layout—headings, tables, page breaks, and any embedded graphics should stay exactly where they are—so please be comfortable working in a file while preserving its formatting.
Quality is paramount: terminology must sound natural to a Brazilian reader yet stay faithful to the original meaning. If you use CAT tools such as Trados, memoQ, or Wordfast, feel free to leverage them for consistency, but the final text must read as polished human Portuguese.
