CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS FOR AN ONLINE STORE
We need the candidate to be from Portugal or to have lived in Portugal, so they can be familiar with addresses, postcodes, name of cities.
We are looking for customer support agents for an online shop.
We need candidates who are NATIVE/FLUENT speakers in one of the following languages to communicate with customers via phone:
- PORTUGUESE language
You will have to call customers to confirm their orders and provide them with information about the shipping time.
You can work any day Monday – Sunday.
Pay is per hour and we offer 3.50$ per hour.
