We are an IT parent company with different subsidiaries and with our rapid growth we need an automated ERP system that can track business growth, find and fix loopholes.
We have installed ODOO cloud, and we need an odoo development company for certain customization to implement different departmental processes, Track Department and employee KPI’s so we can start running it for our businesses. we need to make sure all departmental processes are automated in ERP as per SOP's There has to be ability to add a new unit, since currently we have 8 business models and we can have more business models, for now you can call these business models as units, we have 8 different units and following all be departments so for each of our department will manage each unit separately mean HR will be managing all units, finance will be managing all units, Admin will manage all units, IT will manage all units, and other units will have separate engineering, production, sales/marketing and delivery unites, each unit will have its own budgets that needs to be added, sales plan need be defined. ability to add a new unit and define its budgets, OKR, KPI, SOP's, quota/targets, each department will see their own department data. While creating new business unit we will define which of departments that business unit will have we have added detailed specifications in attached document, kindly quote with in our budget, only specialized companies required.
no upfront will be paid,
payments will be given in milestones 40% upon half project,
30% upon completion, and remaining
30% upon 30 days support and bugs fixes after going Live
