Build Data Warehouse For Ecommerce Agency

We need to build a data warehouse and ETL pipeline for our own ecommerce agency. We have already scoped the project and we have experience with BI projects of this kind. We're looking for a data engineer to help us design the db and set up the ETL.
The data sources to be imported are Postgres, Google Sheets, CapsuleCRM, Float and Clockify for time tracking data. We want to create internal reporting such as revenue and profit broken down by various dimensions such as month, team, client etc.
We have a good idea of the architecture. We'd like to use dbt for transformations, BigQuery for the dbw and Zapier or custom extractors for some of the sources
For the front end, Data Studio at this stage should be sufficient, but we're open to using a more advanced reporting tool such as PowerBI or Tableau.
