We are an eCommerce store selling wine storage solutions such as wine refrigerators, wine rooms, wine cooling systems, and wine racks.
We deal closely with a handful of suppliers.
We need someone long-term to take over the day-to-day operations of our business. Management opportunities will be available as we grow, if interested.

JOB OVERVIEW
First, we will give you time to learn about our products and our day-to-day responsibilities.
We’ll train you on everything.
As you learn, you’ll be in charge of running the store.
Primary responsibilities:
Submit orders to suppliers, check orders for accuracy, update shipping for orders, answer any incoming calls, email suppliers and customers, and online chat with customers.
Secondary responsibilities:
Updating stock levels, updating products on the website, creating checklists and processes for the business.

COMPANY CULTURE

PAY
Ranging from $500-$700/month based on ability and experience.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

-Able to type 50 WPM
Preferred but not required:
-Customer service experience
-eCommerce experience
-worked with Shopify
-familiar with Gorgias
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
*REQUIRED - Internet: Fast, stable connection that is NOT interrupted
Work Environment: Be able to answer the phone quick at any time during business hours.
No loud background noise - no coffee shops, children, dogs, etc.
WORKING HOURS
Full-time position (40 hours/week): Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time with a lunch break.
