Esp32 Control From Android Bluetooth

i need a simple android phone app with a connect button plus two up buttons and two down buttons.

I also need the esp32 sketch that the phone will control.
I need each of the four buttons to be momentary contact that only pull the pins on the esp low while they are being pressed. each button has to control 2 pins at a time. at present i have a four relay module connected to the esp 32. the left up button would energize relay 1 and 4 , the left down button would energize relay 1 and 2, the right up button would energize relay 3 and 4 and the right down button would energize relay 3 and 2. the code should be such that only one button press at a time could be read to prevent accidently pressing two at a time, the relay module is designed such that pulling the pins low energize the relays and floating high releases the relays, there may be a need for a watchdog so that if the esp was interrupted there would be no chance of it energizing the relays during startup or if it looses communication with the android bluetooth controller.

I would like for the connect button on the android app to change states from disconnected and red to connected and green and also for each of the up and down buttons to light to indicate the esp state.

This project is for a sleep number bed air mattress pump , the original remote failed and i fried the board in the pump. it consists of 3 110vdc solenoids and 1 110vac air pump.i simply used a bridge rectifier on the 110vac line in to feed relay 1,2 and 3 and straaight 110vac to feed the pump relay. relay1=sol1 = left mattress, relay2 = sol2 = air dump, relay3 =sol3 =right mattress and relay4= pump motor.
The original board only had one pressure sensor so it would only read when one of the mattress solenoids was energized..
At some point I may want to add two pressure sensors to the esp and gauges to the android dash to provide information from the esp32 but that can wait.
