Add function to a wordpress plugin for Donation ( CMI)

I need someone to help me add a function to the CMI donation plugin, the plugin shows inquiries of only donations that fill out the form and proceed to the payment however people that fill out the form only and couldn't proceed to payment for unknown reason I can't find their inquires in the frontend.
so what I need exactly is someone to add a tab in the plugin that contains people's inquires that filled out the form but didn't proceed to the payment.
