Captive portal for Guest Wi-Fi

I want to develop a Captive portal for Guest Wi-Fi. The portal will take the guest to one of our social media accounts. which means shown buttons of the social media asking the guest to open the chosen social media application. once the guest clicked, will atomically be connected to the network and opening the chosen social media app.
our current Device is: tp-link 450M Wireless N Router
