Wifi-enabled (Blynk) Boiler Controller

Hello, I'm looking for help with a simple project... I have a WeMos D1 and the Blynk 2.0 app, and I want to do the following:

1) I want to be able to monitor 3-4 thermocouples via the Blynk app and ALSO monitor these temperatures on a local screen/display of some sort.

2) I want to be able to set up alarms/updates via the Blynk app so that I am alerted when certain temps are reached.

3) I want to be able to control a water heating element through an SSR, with the ability to toggle between PID and PWM controls. Both of these, I'd like to be able to control by both a local potentiometer, and also by the Blynk app.

4) I want to be able to chart the temperatures from all of the thermometers into a graph, and/or something I can export to Excel.

5) I have a completely unrelated program that's currently being operated by a separate arduino. Without going into too much detail, in this program, the arduino triggers an SSR at intermittent times. I do NOT want to interfere with this arduino and the program as it works fine on it's own, but I WOULD like to be able to jump a wire from the SSR to an input on the arduino, so that when the SSR is triggered, the time of the triggering is somehow logged so that I can either view it on the temperature chart, or simply download it separately to excel.

6) I would like the ability to control a solenoid via the Blynk App. Turn it on and off, as needed. If it's possible to control it from an analog standpoint (ie, be able to set it to 75% open, etc), I'd prefer that.

7) Somewhere in the code, I'd like it to have a toggle function in which I can tell the controller to turn itself OFF if Wifi connection is lost for more than a minute.
