I need a web application where
Members must register via a referral link , if referral link is used up, they will be placed on the orphan route
Registered Members can login successfully
Orphan Members will need to be approved by the Admin
Registered Members will have a unique ID based on their email addresses after successful registration.
The system will generate a referral link, for a registered member, which can only be used twice (by 2 people)
Registered & Orphan Members will be notified all through the journey ( Notification is Critical
A group will be made up of 15 members, 3 Core to the group and 12 part of the group
Registered Members will be placed in a group based on the referral link or Logically by the System
Orphan members will be placed in a group logically by the system based on the group priority (Creation Date)
The system will create new groups after the group is full of members and certain business conditions have been met
Once a journey (Cycles 0 1 2 3) is complete for a registered or orphan user, the system will enable the next level, which triggers new messages
The admin will reject/approve orphans to become orphan members
The admin can block a member (email address) (registered or orphan)
The members can email the admin using the support@onecommunity4us .com. Mail link
Orphan - Members will not have referral link generated for them
The system will place orphan-members in a group a week after approval, priority will be on groups that have not closed in a week, first will be the oldest group
