Independent Contractor: Targeting Physicians and or Hospitals that are seeking a Medical Coding Consulting services. My Goal is to assist with Medical coding services efficiently, effectively and ethically. I am a AHIMA certified (RHIA,CCS) qualified Medical Coding Professional. I have experience in Inpatient, Outpatient, and PROFEE diagnostic and procedural coding. I have a total of 9 years of experience. I have obtained degree in Health Information Management with a minor in Health Informatics. I have extensive knowledge with regards to the most up to date Official Coding Guidelines (2022 ICD-10-CM/PCS) also 2021 AHA’s CPT Guidelines. I have experience with Level 1 trauma centers, Teaching Facilities, Tertiary and Critical access facilities. I have experience with various electronic health records (Cerner, Epic 360, Optum 360, Meditech, Allscripts, Sunrise, McKesson). I have experience with various encoders (3M, Tru Code, ECAC, Allscripts). Throughout my career I’ve been employed as an Inpatient/Outpatient medical coder, Concurrent Auditor for hospitals as well as a Recovery Auditor got various payors. Job Types: Full-time, Contract COVID-19 considerations: I am only available to assist with Medical Coding Services Remotely.
