Garmin to Caspio Integration

I would like to run the Garmin API in such a way that when an athlete finishes their activity, the stats of the activity are loaded to a Caspio DB. This would mean that first, I would need athlete permission, so athletes provide the permission for the API to access their activities through a log in to the Garmin Connect application.
Athletes must then be provided with the opportunity to unsubscribe from service and manually sync an activity.
