Mining Pool Creation

We are looking for someone to help us create a mining pool. This mining pool will be for ALL kinds of Crypto Currency. It will allow mining with CPU or GPU and ASIC miners. It will charge the pool entrant 1% fee. You will design the FRONT end, back end and all interfaces needed to make this a TURN KEY handover when done. You will DESIGN and BUILD the website and all interfaces. We are looking for a entrant that will do this work honestly and so that the site is 100% SECURE. This site will need to allow users to have payouts DIRECTLY to their PERSONAL wallet less the 1%. There will be min pay outs that can be set in the back end and would also change the wording on the front facing site to reflect the payout mins. Your pay to make this site should be minimal as we may to the right person offer a ongoing residual partnership that could equate to far more income than that of a 1x payment for the building of this project. We are looking for a PARTNER that we can trust. NDA will be part of this project, Background check will also be needed. Applicants must answer this question before we will even look at your submission : If I have 2 pears and 1 apple and eat 1 pear and 1 half of an apple how many pears and apples do I have. This will help us weed out the FAKE AUTO BOT RESPONDERS from the real applicants.
