Windows client app for Live Streaming with authentication

I am looking to provide live streaming to my audience.
My audience should be able to signup via whatsapp number, receive an OTP on the whatsapp and sign in.
Buy viewing hours and pay online.
Client app to have auto update for newer versions.
Have 6-8 channels to view live events. set protocol (RTMP, RTMPS, SRT,HLS, MPEG-DASH) and quality (multiple bit rate) on client side. Default values of bit rate and protocols to be controlled and updated by server at the time of authentication / login).
I don't mind using cloud, however should be an reasonable option and be integrated with my server that takes care of authentication.
I can discuss UI, database architecture and topology on chat.
the project is based on the whole solution:
1. client app
2. server / cloud setup
3. setup to upload content on server / cloud for live broadcast
