I need a video editor for educational Valorant content

I'm currently looking to hire a video editor who can help me make a lot of educational content for Valorant.
I am willing to invest hundreds if not thousands of dollars if the quality of the video meets my standards. I will provide the voice recordings and clips of gameplay that I would like to be included in the video.
I'm looking for someone who I can work with over a long time. You must have an incredible work ethic because in the future, I want to be pumping out multiple videos per week so you must be able to handle a high turn over rate.
I am looking for someone who can edit a video that looks professional and will have some motion graphics included. An example of a video would be something like this proguides video where they have little pop-ups for definitions or important key points, and they have transitions for each segment of the video. It would also be great to have a bit of humor included to keep the video engaging.
The videos will be anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes long. I will provide all the commentary and video footage to use. All you have to do is put them together with good graphics and transitions.
