• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Bachelors’ degree, social worker license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Social Work, and at least two years’ recent experience working with elderly or disabled adults; or
• Bachelor’s degree, and two years’ clinical experience in the care of elderly or disabled persons
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to quality care, and the multidisciplinary team approach
