Convert Indicator from ninjatrader NT8 to Tradestation easylanguage then build radarscreen statistical results
I have attached ninjatrader NT8 indicator which it plots dot swings zigzag (top , bottom) of candles based on major parameter (span).
*** First thing is to convert this NT8 indicator to tradestation easylanguage.
Then I need to use this tradestation indicator (you build earlier) to build statistical table in radarscreen based on the logic below:
if you see the dots in the indicator you see that it identifies tops/bottoms like a zigzag (waves of ups and downs).
I need to have a parameter in the radarscreen version which is the number of dots to be considered in our statistical wave calculation (say X : the last 2000 waves or 3000 or 4000 or etc).
now for these waves we have from the original indicator I want to do some statistical analysis and to show results in radar screen table (attached screenshot table for how it shall looks like).
for the current wave w0:
1- show what its maximum length happened till now of w0.
2- show how many bars is that wave w0 duration.
3- show the rank of the current wave (length , duration) compared to the last X waves.
4- show min/max/average/median wave length of those X waves.
5- show % of waves (out of those X waves) that have length less than the current wave.
