3D viewer for low poly apartment models in three js

We are looking for someone with experience with three js to develop a simple model viewer that allows displaying a low poly 3d model of an apartment. The controls and concept should be similar to this:

Clicking on the floor should move the player to that position. Draging around should move the camera.
