Our company actually checks trading exchanges, determines whether they are being used by fraudulent companies and with the help of hosting providers we are blocking the work of fraudulent exchanges. For real sites, we hire freelancers who take real actions. We test dozens of similar sites in a month, and some of them turn out to be fraudulent. Thanks to our work, we have saved money for many ordinary people - novice traders.
This week we are testing 3 sites from your region. Since these sites track the user's country and do not work when using a VPN, we have to involve freelancers from your region. The full task is:
1) Registration on the site (usually 4 fields)
2) Answering the phone call to the technical support of site
3) A small report on the work of their call center in any form.
Since most of the tested sites is collecting personal information about users, we are in the interest of privacy of your personal information to register using a fictitious character - name, last name, address, e-mail.
After activating your account you are required to answer at least 1 call from their call center.
At the end of the test you are required to make a short report on the work of their call center and the emotions you aroused when communicating with them.
