Trainer with sales exeperience

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for sales trainers who are able to assist us with the training of a number of sales teams. You will start by training with us and then we would like to entrust you to train sales teams on your own. Training on our brand, products and services will be given. We are looking for a charismatic, dynamic person who has had a track record in sales and training.
As the Trainer, you will be challenged to design and implement training programs specifically for the Sales Team to help our employees improve the quality of their communication, behaviors, and leadership skills, as well as their productivity and product knowledge.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
At least 8 years of experience working as a sales trainer or similar role
Experience creating reports and working with Team Leads and Managers to share insights
Has experience dialing as a sales agent for any campaign on the phone using a consultative selling approach
Train, coach, monitor, recognize, support, and promote discipline in any given situation.
Skilled in rolling out communication skills and soft skills modules on Sales Pitch, Uncovering Clients Needs, Overcoming Objections, etc.
Ability to design effective sales training programs.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must have a strong sales background and experience in closing sales.
Highly self-motivated; able to work well with little or no supervision.
With strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills.
Has excellent oral and written communication skills.
