Java for Android – Requirement/Design Specification Paper

I require a professional Requirement/Design Specification Paper. The language is Java for Android. The application code for a small movie database is an app that would allow the user to store details of their favourite films in a table in an SQLite database. The finished app code is available for you to study so that you can complete the task. All I require is a technical document to get produced from the code to a decent technical standard.
The design should be based on JSP (Jackson Structured Programming), JSP diagram(s) representing the data used in the app and also JSP diagram(s) showing the program logic, the JSP diagrams need to be saved in either a .doc or .docx word document. Also, in this document, you need to include screenshots demonstrating the mechanics which have been implemented in the app; such as Search, Help and About, etc.
Testing of the app needs to be carried out, using screenshots to demonstrate app operation and also showing whether the app deals with invalid user inputs and choices.
