1. Tamil Native Speaker.
2. Good at communication.
3. Do have a smartphone and know how to use it well.
How many participants we need
1. Recorders (500+）: Doing voice recording (create 1000 short sentences) on the app by phone.
2. Translators (10+): Translate English words to Tamil words.
3. Transcribers(10+): Transcribe Tamil audio into Tamil words.
4. Project Managers(10+): Find recorders, translators, and transcribers.
(Highest paid) When you are interested in this project, please tell me what kind of roles you want to be first. (you would pick two and more roles).
The wages are different widely within these 4 roles.
