Migration MPSL to SD-WAN -- 2
Budget: $1,000 – $1,500 AUD
1st I have received from the internet service provider the allocated WAN IP along for all our branches (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide along with other configuration information, so we can now begin the 1st phase to pre-configure 4 new Sophos XG125W routers, after that I will ship them to the respective branches. the 5th router is currently in use at the head office (Sydney) with the old IPS setting .We can still pre-configure another interface with the new settings ready for when the new internet goes live.
2nd, When the new internet is activated, we can begin configuring and setup SD-WAN, securing the SD-WAN, we will need to test and ensure emails and files sharing and printing and Phones are working in all branches (e.g users from Melbourne currently print orders to Sydney and Sydney can print invoices to Melbourne printers as needed.
Please note: need to ensure minimum to zero downtime to business, work can be done after hrs and weekends to avoid any business disruptions.
Please also note that the new internet is expected to begin activation from 3rd week of June 2021 and fully activated to all branches by late July 2021 as no all branches will be activated at the same time.
3rd setup of WiFi for all branches with at lest 2 SIDD's 1st SIDD employees' laptops, 2nd SIDD employees Mobile phones with different ip address, 3rd SIDD guess visitors.
The project completion date is 2 weeks after all branches are on the new internet.
