CSGO Skin Trade/Sell/Buy Utility App
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I would like to create a series of utilities that help me buy/sell/trade on a series of websites, those being Steam Market, Buff (buff.163.com) and Bitskins (bitskins.com)
This is the BUY ORDER UTILITY
Some have API access built in for example https://bitskins.com/api
I also have API access to a few sites below you can use if needed for some of the requirements

Here are the features I am after:
1) BUY ORDER NOTIFICATION (BUFF.163.COM to sandbox) and Option to Act on (Bump Up my Buy Order, Cancel, or Do Nothing):
In a user definable iteration (eg every 1 minute, every 10 seconds, 1 time a day) : access my Buy Order List (for example let's use Buff) and
a) Notify or highlight in a sheet-style list that I have been outbid (for example, my account is no longer top Buy order
b) Have a single click option to "bump" my buy order the minimum amount (so as to pay the least amount but still be on top of Buy Orders)
c) Have a single click option to "remove" my Buy Order (sometimes someone has posted a buy order too high to make it worth it, or I cannot afford)
d) Have a bunch of data to make an informed decision on items B and C (check Buff's Sale History, and details of Price
2) BUY ORDER BLANKET PLACEMENT (bitskins.com to sandbox)
- Use API to find out where my buy order SHOULD be (it is common for 2nd place buy order to drop out, meaning my buy order can be LOWER)
It is also common for someone to place higher buy order, see screenshot bitskins buy order list for example: I am "Pos 1 in Queue, which is bitskins language for second in queue"
- The UI on website actually does tell you where youd be without making a commitment, so if you put "70 cents dollars" for an item, it will tell you (before committing) : estimated place in queue 0, 1, 70th, etc
