Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Philadelphia-based construction and real estate investing company in need of a construction project manager.
1. Must have construction or real estate experience;
2. Must speak fluent Spanish and English;
3. 100% online, so you need to know how to wisely manage time and task;
4. Need someone to work for a long time (years).
We are able to pay per project or per monthly basis, but our budget starts from $500 a month.
We are working on multiple projects right now and in need of someone with experience. More experience and capability to organize and manage the projects, we are more than willing to pay you more. Residential projects are the majority, for vacational rental purposes (like Airbnb or hotels).
