Vertical injection molding Machine

This project is based on vertical injection molding machine. In this machine, when full load applies,
machine top plate and bottom plate both are facing major deflection. This deflection gives major
effect on machine and production. So we have done the calculation based on differ types of load
apply and it’s giving different banding moment, stress, slope and deflection. Based on all different
values, we made changes in design to overcome above problems.
