I'm conducting a research on the topic of software quality in agile methods, in particular Scrum. I'm a Postdoc researcher and wanting to understand how Scrum helps developer and motivate them to deliver quality code and software.
The job is simple: One hour interview, you get paid and we end the contract. No other deliverables required. Your participation in the interviews is anonymous. Your name, the company you work for and the details you share in the interview are anonymized and not shared publicly or in the results of the study. Requirements to participate are hilighted below:
1. You must be a software developer working in a Scrum team.
2. You will share example from your experience in the interview (Your participation is anonymous, your employer and companies worked for will remain also anonymous )
3. You have an opinion about how Scrum helps you to deliver quality code and software.
