Social Media Marketing Projects

I am looking for a a team who can work with me for the social media marketing of my clients on MONTHLY PAYMENT basis - Mostly the projects are from scratch and heavily paid advertising won't be preferred to start with. As an example I have attached the road map with options.
Please note that the contract will be for 3 months - 1st week is a trial week but not free of cost - any month could be 5 jobs and any month no job but you will be paid every month no matter we have any job or not.
