Who we’re looking for and Essential Functions

*Facebook/Instagram Superstars to help manage our team in the Philippines.
*You have to be an expert at all levels when it comes to Social Media management
*1 year minimum experience in a similar role
*Familiarity of Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and other conversion tracking method

The duties of the Marketing and Social Media Specialist include, but are not limited to:

Need support on
*How can our Philippines online workers manage USA Facebook and Instagram workers without having to be verified every time
* How can we find groups and advertise on both Instagram and Facebook without overspending.
*Supports communications strategies and goals for the different projects and overall organization to reach target audiences through the development of social media, blogs, digital and graphic media, press releases, and other relevant materials
*Curate and share content relevant to the organization, including trending topics
*Assist with online campaigns
*Assist with design of in-house graphics for email, social media, website, and printed collateral as needed
*Ability to write/communicate within and across cultures and communities in culturally appropriate ways
*Salary - willing to pay higher for the right candidate plus bonuses and benefits.
