Enhancement in Transaction MIRO

I need a support for Enhancement in Transaction MIRO.
My requirement is, in Transaction MIRO at header no text mentioned it shuld be fetch from PO item text to Vendor item BSEG-SGTXT
Or if not possible at vendor item then it should be fetch to MIRO Header text from PO
I have tested one user exist but text fetched at material item to BSEG-SGTXT.
I am also check BADI But my client requirement to be Enhancement and not to use BADI
