At Invisible Partners, we are rewriting recruitment, from the inside out. And we are growing our community of Talent Partners. Specifically if you're an experienced IT recruiter with internal experience - we need you!

How do we do it?
Our clients engage us typically on a project/contract basis to solve a range of people related problems. From building a talent function from scratch or helping to improve one that isn’t quite delivering the goods through to rolling up our sleeves and delivering amazing recruitment outcomes.
We embed ourselves into our client’s business to understand their unique needs, offer incredible customer care and most importantly, set them up for success leaving them with a huge smile on their face!
With a truly flexible working model (we're not just saying that) being a Talent Partner in the Invisible Partners Community means you can:
- Work the days and hours best suited to you - from full time full throttle to 2-3 days a week during school hours for the duration of the project, and as often is the case, beyond!
- Use your specialist recruitment skillset, and
- Still be around for life’s important moments and responsibilities
