Deed Restrictions on property in Tonto Basin (Gila County)

My name is Darrell Wedding an unmarried man. My property sits in an area where 5 parcels owned by 5 property owners has site built restrictions. Restrictions prohibits manufactured homes and modular homes. RVs are considered ok as they are not permanent. Other property owners have parked and lived in their RVs campers typically over the winter months seasonally since it is a cool part of the year. I previously installed had an older 1979 CaseReal rv park model back in 2016 but recently replaced it with a 2021 Oak Springs (Cavco) park model. The park model installation is nearly complete and ready for Gila County code inspection. On 10/8/2021 received court documents from Davis Miles firm lawyer Marshal R. Hunt to appear in State of Arizona Gila County Superior Court within 20 days on behalf of 6 adjoining property owners wanting it removed. This park model falls under ANSI code and manufacturers specification is classified as an RV and not a manufactured home nor a permanent dwelling.
The park model is a Oak Springs AR-1135-2 manufactured by Cavco.
