Build Me Responsive “linktree lookalike web” but with adding “simple marketplace with affiliate plug and play”

1- Simple Website that provides a platform for monetization that SIMPLE+STRAIGHFORWARD (i described ui/ux beacons.ai is straighforward and ease to use for user so u might follow it )and makes users' online content more discoverable ,easy to manage, smallshop, monetization .
(Design and build = You can propose anything that can make it better as i will take that as a point of your specialities on building web)
2. Roughly This project is combination (gumroad or ko-fi) + beacons.ai/wwwpearpop.com = THIS PROJECT. A really straightforward WEBSITE.
3. Create framework exactly like what they used from backend and front
attached example framework :

4. User-defined roles to be created by admin, allowing permission on-site for a monthly based subscription (SAAS)
5- Adding Affiliate Software (plug and play) at Marketplace Product /user page so everyone can automatically be an affiliate when when they signed. ( normal procedure) - i will give u details when u dm me
6. integrate PayPal/Stripe as payment gateway
7. Admin Page - to be propose by you, blog page and any related bla bla..

12- i don't mind you want to use httrack or anything, what i want is the final result = CAN BE USED, RESPONSIVE WITH NICE UX/UI ( IF U FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION, THAN U WILL KNOW WHAT I MEAN
13- wrap with webview..flutter/ionic or react..ionic is the easiest one i think but one again up to u to propose to me
