Implement fuzzy logic algorithm using python and connect it with db

the algorithm is meant to give a decision to command turning on or aff AC or Heater .....
based on some sensors readings and weather readings, the sensor reading and weather data are being stored in db each 30 mins, the algorithm will take these values and apply the logic and give decision to turn on/off the ac/heater/ humidifier and open/close window
