User Experience - Psychological

I need you to list out 10 reason and solution to identify why many users are uninstalling and don't find this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.travpart.english&hl=en&gl=US cool enough to talk about and share among friends or even to just simply use it daily.

Provide me one reason as a test, then, will hire you for the more reason if good.

Note that,
Reason people will uninstall may be cause it's not cool enough.
a- Most users will uninstall after few days, not at day 1
b- this is how the retention rate is currently in the app :
day 1 - 100%
day 2 - 98%
day 15 - 60%
c- this is not UI testing job, UX is a different thing, here's a good example of non-UI test findings & solution :

reason one : I don't like the contents/image/videos that i see in the app.
solution : I should be seeing this xxx contents/image/videos that i see in the app.

reason two : there's not enough photo feature that will make my face and background looks cool enough.
solution : Creates a beautification feature which would makes my face looks good (beautiful/handsome)
