Role (Overview of the Position)
- The focus of this role is to help the CEO and the Head of Marketing (directors) offload delivery, and delegate their time in the most efficient way to the team, and create processes around what they do best.
- While making sure all the critical processes are created and documented for the team members to be fully functional, along with making sure the delivery is consistent by the team members and contractors.

Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the Role)
- Help create processes and document directors personal preferences
- Create a system for addressing important emails and what needs additional support-
- Manage the directors' calendar and schedule appointments
- Operate the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings
- Attend meetings with the directors, and create a report and actionable steps
- Create, review and improve the company’s process’s efficiency
- Look at each department and understanding what processes are missing
- Contractor management
- Organize and create a documentation system for the company
- Review team training and new hiring resources
- These tasks may evolve in time

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)
-5+ Years of experience, preferably in a similar role
-Excellent written and oral communication skills required
-Available to work from 9:00 – 5:00 CEST Europe time (Madrid time)
-Super organized but can move quickly to ensure things get done effectively and efficiently
-Loves to learn and be willing to take trainings that we offer them to develop their skills
-Loves a challenge & resourceful when it comes to figuring things out, and making them happen

Speaks additional language.
- Experience with E-Commerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify
- Understands automation (Zapier, integromat)
- Have used process and project management tools such as Airtable and Process Street
- Completed agile or waterfall project management training
