Freelance Recruiter - searching for Engineers with Forensic Consulting Experience

We are an independent engineering firm that consults for the insurance industry and handles the technology portion of insurance claims. We hire electrical, mechanical, industrial and other hands-on type of engineering degrees. Ideally, candidates who have forensic or consultative background experience from the industry.

We are looking to expand into other markets and looking to hire experienced staff from the industry / our competitors (if possible) to help us launch the opening of new offices/locations. We are looking to initially open 3 offices with 1-2 staff each but expect to quickly expand from there.

We need help sourcing and interviewing candidates and in particular, helping us identify and extract industry experienced candidates.
