Build Fictional Cryptocurrency Website Project Proposal

Hello. I am looking for someone to draft a project proposal plan for website development project. This project proposal is for a fictional company and no actual work on a website is required or necessary - only the project proposal to do so. WordPress is the platform that should be referenced for the website development plan, but other than that there are not any specific requirements for this request.
Examples of sections that would be included - Introduction, project overview, project scope, project charter, project deliverables or milestones, assumptions and constraints, project organizational structure, management objectives/priorities, risk analysis & management (or mitigation), staffing plan, communication plan/matrix, work schedule/and budget, resources allocation, etc. You will have the freedom to decide or fabricate pretty much all aspects of the proposal - timelines, resources, etc.

Financial services company or financial cryptocurrency startup (no logo needed/provided)
Purpose of business plan – develop a brand-new company website or update an existing company website (whichever is easier for you to draft) that attracts customers/readers, is easy to navigate, promotes sales, etc.
It should replicate any typical website development proposal, except in this case the company is completely fictional.
Possible Competitors –
- There are not cryptocurrency-specific businesses operating in this region yet, to my knowledge? Possible competitors in the financial services market will be provided.
Business type – sole proprietorship or simple partnership with only 2-4 primary investors, but seeking more.
Financial plan – not too much detail is needed here, simply because there is not solid information to provide on actual financials. Feel free to fabricate these details as well.
