Header Bidding on DFP/AdManager

Hi,
I am looking for someone who could connect some bidders (AppNexus, Criteo, Rubicon, AdForm, PubMatic) on my DFP/AdManager (publisher side).
Together we will connect the bidders on a couple of domains, then I will continue alone with the rest of domains.
Actually we are using another adserver but we would like to migrate on DFP/AdManager, and I am looking for a DFP specialist that can assist me during and after this first step.
