Product Design and Development (Analysis / DFM / DFMEA) - Kitchen Utensil

I have a high level idea that I would like to convert into an actual product. The product is a Spatula.

Project Scope: To develop a spatula design that meets the design requirements/criteria and according to the proposed design development schedule (I will share requirements once NDA is signed).

Design Development Schedule (exact details will be shared after NDA is signed):
1. Idea Screening / Selection (10%)
2. Concept Development (15%)
3. Design Review (20%)
4. Final Design (55%)

Final Project Outputs:
1. Technical analysis (Design for Manufacturability) and DFMEA
2. 3D Step file and 2D drawings
3. Supplier sourcing - must find a suitable supplier with the revised design

Job Qualities / Requirements:
--Must have strong design experience and manufacturing understanding of plastic injection molding (rapid/mass production)
--Must have strong technical capability in product design and risk analysis (DFMEA, DFM, etc)
--Ability to support sourcing and finding suitable suppliers with the revised design is a huge plus*
--Experience with design of kitchen utensil or similar product is a plus*
--Past experience with working with Chinese suppliers is a plus*
--Must sign NDA
