Facilities Validation Engineer Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated professional to join our company as a Facilities Validation Engineer.
This position requires familiarity with steam generation and compressed air systems.
You must have a keen eye for detail and superb problem-solving abilities.
Our ideal candidate has at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, though a master’s degree is preferred.
You must have strong proficiency with common presenting tools and software, and you need excellent communication skills to convey your progress and findings to management and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Protocol creation including managing the document through review and approval cycles
• Test equipment and electrical systems to ensure appropriate functionality:
o Compressed Air IQ/OQ/PQ Protocol development and validation execution
o Compressed Air Distribution lines IQ/OQ/PQ Protocol development, including sampling protocol, and validation execution
o Steam Generator Unit and distribution lines IQ/OQ/PQ Protocol development, including sampling protocol, and validation execution,
o Creation of Final Summary Reports
• Coordinate and provide recommendations for equipment for steam sampling for periodic sampling
• Report on validation progress and findings to management and stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, master’s degree preferred
• Three years of professional experience in facilities validation in a pharmaceutical
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
