Corporate Compliance Project

We are a training business based in the UK offering classroom and computer based training. Much of our online CBT content is power point based and we wish to move to a more interactive Adobe Captivate content. Most of our courses are modular and each carries 30-50 slides. Some courses have 20 modules. We are looking for a developer to work with us. We will provide the classroom power point version of the module, trainer notes and tests. The developer should be able to create engaging Captivate content with randomised knowledge checks. We would also require the addition of the Captivate synthetic voice for each slide.
Initially we will offer a 'trial' short project which we will evaluate. Depending on results we will move forward to a larger project. The work must be completed over the next twelve months and therefore a project plan, milestones and reviews will be agreed. The successful person will need to be able to work to deadlines and deliver market leading content consistently across all modules.
