Integrations for Subscription Services

We are an online business currently invoicing on an annual and quarterly basis across a number of websites.
The business is growing and we are looking to create automated integrations between the front end of the websites, our CRM app (Monday.com) a payment platform (e.g. Stripe) and accounts reconciliation (Xero)
We would like to be able to onboard customers from an email or webpage, trigger a recurring payment sign up, and bring customer details into specific boards within our CRM.
We have started to look at integration tools for this such as Automate and Zapier.
Looking for someone with experience to recommend based an automation software on the business needs, and help set up the system.
