We are seeking a Senior Research Analyst to be a member of our VIP column. The Senior Research Analyst will focus on political, economic, military, social and risk environments for Indo-Pacific Region, Europe and North America.
Job description:
The Senior Research Analyst will be involved with delivering exclusive content and data visualization sourced in innovative ways, with expertise spanning geopolitics and regional and international security issues. The Senior Research Analyst will also be involved in researching, writing, commissioning and editing international security issues including both state and regional security threats.
Ideal skills and experience for this role:
Previous experience of producing analysis on foreign policy, military and security issues.
Excellent communication skills and a people person.
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Target focused and driven.
Detailed and extensive knowledge of military and security issues impacting Indo-Pacific Region.
Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline such as international relations or war studies.
Experience in governmental and security sectors or service in the military will be an advantage.
