Wufoo Form Build Project
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need someone to build an online Wufoo-like form for me--one that I can use to create 150+ forms for use over the course of a year. As part of the response to this job proposal, I will need submitters to verify that Wufoo is a platform that will work for the use cases below--or identify a platform that will work.
All 150 form *iterations* need to do the following separately:
1) Have save and resume functionality so that users can keep their responses open/editable, and return to edit them for longer periods of time;
2) Have each form listed in #1 above be editable continuously through a *single link* each; these links will be embedded in a website and should not change every time a response is saved;
3) Have fields that can calculate budgets (meaning, each form will have a space to enter a starting budget--and dollar amount entries from the form should be deducted from the starting budget so users know their running total).
4) Have fields that can calculate goals (meaning, each form will have a space to enter starting lead goals--and lead entries from the form should be deducted from the starting goals so users know how many leads they need to account for).
5) Have each form listed in #1 above filter through to reports (to be built later), so that we can report across all 150+ forms--as well as new forms to be created throughout the year.
